UNQUIET MOMENTS: CAPTURING THE EVERYDAY

18th June 2020 - present

Unquiet Moments: Capturing the Everyday is an online exhibition realised by The Courtauld Institute of Art’s 2020 MA Curating the Art Museum programme. It is the first fully digital exhibition opened by The Courtauld’s MA Curating the Art Museum students and has emerged in the exceptional circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic and its disruption to education and arts institutions globally. Unquiet Moments draws upon the extraordinary artworks in The Courtauld Gallery and Arts Council Collections.

EXHIBITION: 'OBBO' AT BUSTER MANTIS IN DEPTFORD, LONDON

25th - 27th April 2017

Obbo//
Intrepid exploration under (in the traditional sense, unwanted) scrutiny. Whilst Obbo finds its traditional meaning through being "under [the] observation" of policing figures, we look to broaden the definition; the beginning of an investigation into how single beings blur lines between the self-active and passive, the doer and observer.

The works presented in this exhibition present themes surrounding shared experiences and memory, the physicality between materials and connections between objects and sounds. Obbo aims to endorse these ideas through a variety of mediums from sculpture, to installation and projections. Obbo retains full functionality within a space where collectively these mediums can communicate and respond to one another.
